Matthew Bramley is one of Canada's best known advocates for stronger government policies to address climate change. He is the author of numerous reports and articles on climate policy and is frequently cited in the media. Matthew has been Director of the Pembina Institute's Climate Change Program since 2001. The program is a centre for analysis and research on Canadian greenhouse gas reduction policy, with a particular focus on industrial emissions and emissions trading. Matthew has a PhD in theoretical chemistry from the University of Cambridge.
